At Funky Era, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be returned within 7 days of delivery
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@funkyera.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please do not send your purchase back without prior confirmation from our team.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you're shipping an item over ₹500, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@funkyera.com with photos and order details.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
